About the service
LodgeHQ Translations is an Australian online marketplace operated by LodgeHQ Pty Ltd (ABN 52 696 192 677). It connects customers with participating translators and provides the quote, payment, matching, messaging and file-delivery workflow.
The Australian Government's ABN Lookup record is the primary public source for the company's current ABN status. Tax treatment is not described on this page; customers should rely on the total displayed at checkout and any receipt issued for their order.

Applicants submit a NAATI practitioner number, credential type, language directions and certificate evidence. LodgeHQ administrators approve marketplace profiles before access to matching work. This approval is a platform control, not NAATI endorsement and not a promise that a credential will remain current indefinitely.
Customers can check a practitioner through the official NAATI Online Directory.
LodgeHQ Translations is a separate customer-facing service from LodgeHQ's migration-practice software. It is not NAATI, a government body, court, law firm, migration adviser or receiving authority. It does not decide visa, citizenship, court or licensing outcomes.
New and materially updated content follows published source, correction and editorial rules. Organisation-based authorship is used where no individual author identity, credentials and consent have been verified.
