Common questions
Is LodgeHQ NAATI certified?
No. NAATI credentials individual practitioners. LodgeHQ is an independent marketplace operated by LodgeHQ Pty Ltd and is not endorsed by or affiliated with NAATI.
Will every government department or court accept the translation?
No universal promise is possible. The receiving organisation decides whether the translation, copy, certification and submission method meet its current rules.
Does a person read my file before I pay?
The platform performs automated document analysis when generating a quote. If automated pricing cannot handle a file, an authorised LodgeHQ administrator may review it. Depending on the order workflow, approved matching translators may also receive limited details or a watermarked preview before assignment. See the Privacy Policy before uploading.
Can translators join the marketplace?
Translators can review the current application requirements and submit credential details for platform approval on the translator information page.
