Automated analysis estimates document type, page count, primary language and complexity. Common files can be priced from the current rate logic; other files may receive a bounded automated assessment or be referred to an administrator for manual review.
Price and target timing can change with page count, number of separate documents, language direction, complexity, availability and selected tier. The current quote on screen is the relevant offer; do not rely on an older example or advertisement.
The order is offered to matching approved marketplace translators. Assignment time depends on availability. The assigned translator receives the source files, performs the translation and uploads the completed work for review through your account.
NAATI credentials practitioners; LodgeHQ is independent of NAATI. A government department, court, university, employer or other receiving body applies its own current requirements and decides acceptance. Confirm those requirements before ordering.
