Multi-page academic service
Academic transcript translation service
This service arranges a certified written translation of the academic transcript or award documents you upload. Include every transcript page, subject row, result, credit value, grading legend, stamp and explanatory note. The translator conveys the record but does not convert grades, assess qualification equivalence or guarantee institutional acceptance.
Upload the complete transcript bundle in page order, including grading legends, reverse sides and any award the recipient requires.
Direct scope
What this service or guide covers
Academic records are often information-dense rather than text-heavy: a page can contain many subjects, abbreviations, credits, grades and footnotes. All of that visible material forms part of the translation scope.
A transcript, award certificate and diploma supplement are separate but related records. Include the full set requested by the institution or assessing authority, and preserve page order so cumulative totals and legends remain connected.
The translated record should not invent Australian subject names or grade equivalents. Admissions, recognition, credit transfer and occupational assessment remain decisions for the relevant institution or assessing authority.
Clear roles
Who is responsible for what
| Actor | Responsible for | Not responsible for |
|---|---|---|
| Graduate or applicant | Provide the complete official record, grading key, established name spelling and current recipient instruction. | The applicant should not request selective omission or an invented grade conversion. |
| LodgeHQ | Assess the uploaded multi-file scope and arrange the approved translator and digital-delivery workflow. | LodgeHQ does not assess qualifications, verify the issuing institution or send sealed academic records on its behalf. |
| Translator | Translate subject names, grades, credits, legends, awards, notes, stamps and other visible written content. | The translator does not decide equivalence, admission, credit or skills-assessment outcomes. |
| Institution or assessor | Specify accepted evidence and submission channel and evaluate the qualification. | Its requirements may include direct issue or verification steps outside translation. |

Qualified sequence
How the process works
- 1
Applicant
Confirm the academic evidence set
Ask which transcript, award, supplement, grading information and submission method the recipient requires.
- 2
Applicant
Order pages and legends
Upload all pages at full resolution and include reverse-side or separate grading keys and explanatory notes.
- 3
LodgeHQ
Quote the complete bundle
The workflow assesses page and file scope; dense, lengthy, handwritten or unusual records may need manual review.
- 4
Approved translator
Translate subjects and results
The translator preserves the record structure and renders visible educational terminology without performing equivalence.
- 5
Applicant
Review and submit
Check names, institution, qualification, subjects, grades and page completeness before using the recipient's accepted channel.
Quote variables
Price and turnaround factors
The quote or job screen is the authoritative place for the current amount and available timing. This page does not publish an unverified rate, tax treatment, cut-off or delivery guarantee.
| Factor | Why it matters | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Page and row density | Many subject rows and aligned result columns can require substantial translation and formatting within a few pages. | Upload the actual record instead of estimating work only from the page count. |
| Grading terminology | Abbreviations and institutional scales require legends and consistent treatment across semesters. | Include the official key and any explanatory appendix. |
| Multiple academic documents | Transcript, award, mark sheet and supplement can each require separate handling and certification. | Bundle only the records requested and include every page of each. |
| Recipient submission method | A translation downloaded by an applicant may not satisfy a direct-from-institution or sealed-record rule. | Confirm the channel before ordering; LodgeHQ does not claim to issue records for the institution. |
Important checks
Acceptance, evidence and limitations
- Include all transcript pages, results, grading legends, footnotes, stamps and reverse-side content.
- Do not request grade conversion, subject substitution or selective omission; translation should represent the issued record.
- Confirm whether the recipient accepts an applicant-provided digital translation or requires direct institutional delivery.
- Translation does not establish qualification authenticity, equivalence, admission, credit or occupational recognition.
Frequently asked questions
Can I omit failed subjects?
Not from a document presented as a complete transcript translation. The translation should represent the full supplied official record.
Will grades be converted to an Australian scale?
No. The source grade and its legend are translated; the receiving institution or assessing authority decides equivalence.
Should I include my degree certificate too?
Include it if the recipient requests the award as well as the transcript. It is a separate document and adds to the quoted scope.
Can LodgeHQ send records as the university?
No. If the recipient requires direct issue by the institution, follow that channel separately and ask whether a LodgeHQ translation is acceptable.
